While we facilitate connections, we do not provide legal or adaptation advice.
2. Affiliated Entities Our Services are provided through various affiliated entities, each committed to facilitating book-to-screen adaptations. Utilizing these Services implies acceptance of these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration To use our Services, you must be 18 years of age or older. You confirm that you meet the age requirement, are not barred from receiving our Services under applicable law, and that you maintain accurate and current registration information. It is important to note that not all book submissions will be approved. By using our Services, you affirm that you are authorized to submit the book for listing and optioning, and that all rights offered are accurately represented and available for negotiation.
4. Proper Use of Services We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for their intended purpose. Any use of the Services for illegal activities or in a manner that harms OptionAvenue or its users is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction of content, engaging in discriminatory practices, or conducting illegal activities.
6. User Contributions Any content or materials you provide to OptionAvenue grants us the right to use, distribute, and publicly display these materials as part of our Services. You must own or have the right to provide such materials under these terms.
